| La idea bàsica d'aquest treball és aprofitar l'experiència acumulada amb les tasques
realitzades en una empresa, per analitzar el funcionament de la distribució del trànsit de peticions dins d'un gran entorn com és una entitat financera, i integrar tasques que s'estan desenvolupant per crear eines que permetin l'automatització de certs processos que actualment es fan manualment, sobre els equips que gestionen el trànsit de peticions, anomenats balancejadors. El treball consistira en la descripció i anàlisi del entorn actual, caracteritzant els problemes que hi ha, justificant la necessitat de l'automatització i delimitant el seu abast. Es vol fer una descripció de l'entorn de treball que permet desenvolupar eines basades en scripts, que actuen com a Webservices, i com es relacionen amb la configuració dels balancejadors. Finalment, la part important del treball estarà relacionada amb la definició i desenvolupament de les eines específiques del backend. Els objectius principals del treballs són: - Desenvolupar un automatisme que sigui capac de substituir una part important de les tasques mecàniques d'un tècnic en el control de balancejadors. - Desenvolupar un programari segur que no impacti en les tasques productives dels balancejadors. Per tant, haurà de ser ràpid i fiable. - Desenvolupar un automatisme fàcil d'interpretar, mantenir i modificar, de cara a futures versions dels equips o de la lògica de funcionament de l'entorn. El treball es desenvoluparà a l'empresa i no requerirà de maquinari ni programari subministrat per la EETAC. |

| In a world where service and aplications are attacked bya large amount of demands made by multiple users at the same time, the servers are under a lot of preasure. To relieve this preasure a commonly used method is to allocate more resources to the aplication and divide the load between them or to have a security net in case any of the principal servers fails so the service keeps standing.
One of the devices used to manage this distribution are the load balancers. Devices that allows us to manage the load distribution between the different resources in function of its priority and health condition. This resources are hiden behind a phantom IP called Virtual IP (VIP) and a FQDN (Full Quallified Doman Name). The objective of this project is to automate the managemnent of the VIPs inside the load balancers of "Caixabank", administrated by ITNow S.A, so any user without tecnical knowledge about load balancers shall be able to create a new VIP between his servers with two diferent levels of balancing, balance between centers and between servers, and the mitigation and rising of individual servers temporaly ta have an accesibe and dinamic control of the resources it's offering in every moment. \\ \\ Our project is included inside a Django based frameword where different Webservices are deployed for each different application. Each aplication will have a visible part (Front-End) intended to the user interaction, and the part we will be developing, that will be in charge of the manipulation of the data and the communication with the API of the load balncers A10 Thunder ADC. |
