| Objectiu: Adequar la infraestructura actual del camp de vol per permetre sol·licitar
l’autorització d’aeròdrom d’ús restringit especialitzat. Tasques més rellevants: - Estudi orogràfic i meteorològic (temperatura, precipitacions, humitat relativa, visibilitat, sostre de núvols i sobretot l’estudi de vents per determinar el coeficient d’utilització de les pistes en funció de la seva orientació). - Anàlisi de l’espai aeri i procediments de vol (compatibilitat de l’espai aeri, coordinació de l’espai aeri juntament amb aeròdroms propers, procediments d’aproximació i enlairament, freqüència de banda aèria conjunta...). - Servituds aeronàutiques (establint les superfícies limitadores d’obstacles i determinant les perforacions o vulneracions, reals o teòriques, que impliquin establir limitacions o mesures correctores). - Nombre d’operacions i aeronaus de disseny (establint l’escenari actual i de creixement de la infraestructura). - Anàlisi de capacitats i necessitats del subsistema aeroportuari (determinar les adequacions necessàries del subsistema aeroportuari per acollir les previsions de creixement de les operacions). - Salvament i extinció d’incendis (determinació de les necessitats SSEI, juntament amb l’estudi d’un pla d’emergència, que defineixi accions i mesures per prevenir i controlar els riscos sobre persones i béns). - Criteris aeronàutics (determinació de tots els paràmetres aeronàutics que s’han utilitzat per analitzar i dimensionar les infraestructures aeronàutiques). |

| The main purpose of this project is to provide the necessary information and documentation to apply an aeronautical adaptation for Pla de Bages Airfield, according to the current regulations. This ultralight aviation airfield was authorised in 1987 by the competent department of Generalitat de Catalunya in attention to Royal Decree 94/1986 which approves the technical standards for operational safety of ultralight aviation airfields.
Initially, a chapter is dedicated to a contextualization. In this contextualization the actual an historical situation are explained. This airfield will be treated as Sallent ¿ Pla de Bages Aerodrome along the project. Next, a benchmarking of the general and sports aviation in Catalonia is done, giving finally a diagnosis. Likewise, in this project it is important to control with knowledge the legal framework, the regulation of operational safety as well as the regulation corresponding to the procedures. The main object of the project is dedicated to the aeronautical studies. In these studies, are included: a meteorological and orographical analysis, a study of the acceptable means approved through the Royal Decree 1070/2015 together with an airspace analysis. In addition, it is also analysed the most relevant incidence at the aerodrome which is the influence on the C-25 road security. Finally, a cost forecast of the required actions for the aeronautical adequation of the aerodrome is done. |
