posibles aplicaciones actuales y futuras. Además también se
pretende hacer un estudio del coste que comporta todo el proceso
hasta la obtención del grafeno y poder investigar cuales son los
países/empresas que están desarrollando este material.
 
Overview (resum en anglès):
The aeronautical and aerospace industry has faced exponential growth in the last centuries, especially since the industrial revolution. Thanks to the progress of the new technologies of nowadays, the sectors have been in search of new methods to solve the problems that prevent its optimization and efficiency.

At present, the aeronautical and aerospace industry moves annually thousands million euros and it stays in constant change and evolution. The reason it stays as an expensive sector is because of its necessity to use the most innovative materials and technologies, as well as the obligation of the products and consequently the quality controls and security that has to be followed. Among the different requirements, the attributes of the materials used in the structures or technologies that will function will make possible different futures in an industry that is in constant development.

In this project an investigation about the benefits and viability of graphene in the aeronautical and aerospace sectors is elaborated. For it, there has been a previous study in order to understand the evolution that graphene has gone through since its recent discovery and its incredible attributes it possesses. Straightaway the methods of obtention and the main countries involved in its study and application have been researched. Lastly, reasons concerning the not so abundant usage of such an innovative material are presented.

Ultimately it is concluded that, in effect, it is a material in which billions of millions have been invested in its research and development in order to take advantage of its incredible attributes. This material will allow the aeronautical and aerospace sector to take a big leap and advance in all aspects, making possible ideas that up until now were inconceivable due to the absence of such a complete material.

In this way, an attempt is made to promote the effort that the scientific community is making to put into use the material and improve different industries keeping in mind the environmental issue, as well as to increase the attention to this material.
