Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
El proyecto persigue el diseño de una antena compacta
basada en elementos radiantes de tipo parche que permita cubrir
la banda de 2.4 a 2.5 GHz y con la finalidad de ser integrada en
un sistema de antenas.

Overview (resum en anglès):
This work aims to design a compact radiating system for use in Bluetooth/Wi-fi, i.e., in the 2.45 GHz band. There are three restrictions; to obtain a bandwidth of at least 100 MHz between the range of 2.4 to 2.5 GHz with a reflection coefficient equal to or less than -10 dB, it is also desired to obtain the maximum possible gain and efficiency, and finally, that its size is as small as possible.

Different types of basic elements have been designed to meet these requirements and have been compared to see which was the most suitable. For the design we opted for a grouping of basic radiating elements. The software used to carry out the design of these antennas has been ADS from Keysight. Finally, the grouping was created with the selected antenna to improve its gain.

Observing the requirements to be met, we decided to opt for a patch antenna model. A patch antenna is a type of low-profile antenna that can be mounted on a flat surface. It consists of a flat conductive surface, mounted on a larger metal plate called ground plane from which it is separated by an insulating material.
