Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
El projecte està orientat a entendre les necessitats del
sistema automàtic de tractament d'equipatges (SATE) de la
terminal satèl·lit de l'aeroport de Barcelona. Especial
atenció es donarà als requeriments derivats de la
interconnexió entre terminal 1 i satèl·lit, i la hipotètica
connexió entre terminal 2 i satèl·lit. Les activitats a cobrir
seran:
- Anàlisis detallat del sistema SATE
- Anàlisis del SATE Barcelona; com serà a la terminal
satèl·lit, especificar les necessitats i requeriments per la
connexió entre terminals (1 i 2 - Si es necessites de
connectar també les dues terminals enlloc de una soles la
terminal 1. (Acadèmic soles)).
- Punts forts i febles de SATE en general. (Ex: Afegir RFID o
mirar altres sistemes per millorar)
- Anàlisis de la capacitat i demanda; necessitat de
construcció a la terminal satèl·lit.
- Simulacions damunt el disseny realitzat (SATE Convencional),
fer simulacions soles arribades i/o soles Sortides
- Coneixement sobre la quantitat i qualitat (comparació entre
paqueteria normal i transport d'equipatges), aportacions des
del camp de la Logística i aeronàutics (crossdoking, Almacens
automàtics...).
- Proposta de nou disseny; Fer una nova simulació soles amb
Sortides.
- Conclusió final
 
Overview (resum en anglès):

In the airports with a high traffic volume its mandatory to have an ABHS for the
process of handling. ABHS is automatic baggage handling system, its used for
the logistics of the baggage, transporting the items of the people from the
reception to the plane. At Barcelona¿s airport it¿s a TubTrax controlled by a
PLC, the system has 25 km of conveyer belt.
The objective of this work is a study of the design of a ABHS to understand
better its performance and propose improvements and implement the
connection in the Terminal 1 with the new satellite terminal. We are going to
study the design of the terminal and the SATE to check the aerospace
engineering and for telecommunication we are going to program in C#, to
create a simulation, study the communication between equipment and revise
the electric power of the installation.
The different design solutions will be proposed and analyzed to fulfill the
different needs of the types of the airport, focused on Barcelona¿s Airport
specific needs. Finally, we define the aspects of the connection and the design
of the satellite terminal.
Vanderlande Industries España S.A.U is the company in charge of the design,
operation, and maintenance of the ABHS (automated baggage handling
system) in Barcelona¿s Airport.
