Overview (resum en anglès): | |
Leakage control is essential in machinery installations, especially in those that
use fluorinated gases for refrigeration, since these gases have a very negative impact on the environment and are highly regulated. The aim of this work is to test the feasibility of replacing the human figure of the maintenance technician by a drone equipped with the necessary sensors. To this end, a comparison will be made between the budget that would be involved in the current maintenance of these enclosures and the estimated budget that would be involved in performing it with the drone. The use of the drone for these tasks has been delimited due to the sensors that can be implemented in this type of machinery, since it is necessary to take into account the payload that the aircraft can support. For this reason, a study of which types of sensors are compatible will be elaborated. The wide range of advantages that the implementation of this technology would bring, both to the industry and to the administration, will also be analyzed. These include reducing the considerable risk of leakage and transparency between companies and the administration. Finally, its possible mode of use will be explained to facilitate the development of this task and some lines of continuation to continue with this research. |
