Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
La metodologia SCRUM és un procés per dur a terme un conjunt de
tasques de forma regular amb el principal objectiu de treballar de
forma col·laborativa, és a dir, fomenta el treball en equip per
aconseguir el millor resultat d'un projecte.
Una figura clau perquè el mètode sigui efectiu és el Team Leader
(Scrum Master) que es el responsable que les tècniques Scrum siguin
enteses i aplicades en l'organització.
L'estudi de l'abast de la figura del Team Leader dins de la
metodologia SCRUM ens permetrà conèixer els fonaments i principis
d'aquesta metodologia àgil per treure el màxim profit als recursos
i optimització del temps de les organitzacions per a dur a terme
projectes complexos desenvolupats en entorns dinàmics.
 
Overview (resum en anglès):
The Scrum framework is applied in technological areas that must have short-term results and are carried out in complex environments. It is a work tool to
optimize teamwork and obtain results that bring value to the client.
The Scrum Master is responsible for properly implementing the framework's
values across all teams in an organization, making decisions about planning
and how to carry out projects.
This work focuses on a brief theoretical explanation of the Scrum framework
and its contextualization in a real work environment in a technology-based
engineering specialized in the field of industrial automation and digital
transformation.
In this project, the functional analysis of the management of a team will be
carried out during the period between July 2022 and January 2023. The results
found, solutions applied, proposals for improvement will be explained and the
results of the implementations will be analysed executed during this period. The
use of the different computer applications to carry out the projects (Microsoft
Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Jira Software and Sourcetree) can bring different
improvements in the execution of the projects helping the effectiveness and
productivity of the Scrum framework.
The existing knowledge about the Scrum work framework of the members of a
team will be analysed in a real work environment where this work philosophy
is used on a daily basis.
