| Aquest projecte ha estat desenvolupat com a part com d'un acord entre AENA i la UPC per desenvolupar activitats conjuntes. Un equip amb membres de totes dues institucions va ser creat per fer l'anàlisis del procés. La participació de l'autor d'aquest projecte es basa en formar part d'aquest equip i en la preparació dels documents presentats aquí.
El Lean ha marcat una nova era dins la indústria que ha aconseguit estendre¿s a tots els sectors. La manufactura és la indústria originària daquesta pràctica i es on està més implementada. Tot i que la implementació del Lean als serveis no porta tants anys practicant-se, hi ha proves que és efectiva. L'objectiu d'aquest treball és lanàlisi dun procés en un context real de serveis del sector aeronàutic aplicant principis Lean. Especifíficament, el procés correspon al lloguer despais a laeroport. Adicionalment, la cerca de solucions per a una millora continuada és també un objectiu. Aquest treball descriu un proces de serveis dins de l'aeroport i la informació pel cas va ser obtinguda en dues reunions i una demanda d'informació via correu electrònic. |

| This project was developed as part of an agreement between AENA and UPC to develop common activities. A team with members of both institutions was formed to develop the analysis of the process. The participation of the author of
this project consist in being part of this team and prepare the documentation presented here. Lean has benchmarked a new era in the industry that has spread through all sectors. The manufacturing industry has applied Lean more than others. Although the implementation of Lean in the services industry is not as mature as in manufacturing, it has been proven effective. The objective of this work is to analyze a process in a real context in an aeronautical sector and to apply Lean principles. This work focuses on the study of a service process in an aeronautic context. More specifically, the case that will be described involves the process of leasing spaces to tenants in the Barcelona Airport. This work describes a service process in the Barcelona airport and the information for the case was retrieved through two meetings and an information request via email. The case will be described. Then, improvement actions will be described. This actions try to seize on the improvement opportunities found. |
