The objective is to implement a reliable face recognition system for finding a reduced set of persons (watch-list) in a huge database. Face recognition requires reliable face
detection and precise eye localization for performing an accurate face normalization prior to face recognition stage. The thesis will try to find reliable detection and precision in the localization of the eyes of the person and training a fisherfaces based recognition system.
