Overview (resum en anglès): Abstract
This project justifies the structural calculation and the plant distribution o a laboratory designated to professional formation in agriculture with 96.94 m2, located in Mecuburi, in the north east of Mozambique.
The structural solution purposed has got 4 metallic frames separated by 4.3 m between them. The pillars have got a profile IPE-200 and are 4 and 5 m long, meanwhile the beams have a profile IPE-180 and are 7.47 m long. They form a one-water roof with a 13.5% slope.
The project covers the developer¿s requirements in terms of capacity (24 students), the structural calculation of the frames using WinEva7, the calculation of the roof purlins, the anchor plates and the foundations using CYPE software, as well as the lightning using Dialux . Always following the Código Técnico de la Edificación (C.T.E.).
For the characterization of the building, 5 plans have been prepared. In addition, the budget document shows the cost of the work, which has a figure for contract execution of 72,211.11€.
