Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
This project aims to quantify food waste (FW) generated in
households and to identify the most relevant drivers (causes).
Consumers' preferences and attitudes towards imperfect foods will
be assessed. It will also establish and test a set of potential
actions for FW mitigation. Finally, a set of recommendations aimed
to reduce and prevent FW in households will be established.
