Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
En el context d'emergència climàtica, s'ha donat encara més èmfasis al valor que els















espais verds funcionals ofereixen a la ciutat i als seus habitants. Així doncs, s'ha















deixat de veure el medi urbà com un element aliè al seu entorn natural i els conceptes















'renaturalització', 'serveis ecosistèmics', 'conservació' i 'recuperació de la















biodiversitat' (fauna, flora i el seu hàbitat), han agafat força.































































Les noves 'estratègies del verd' de moltes ciutats, doncs, avoquen la necessitat















d'introduir la naturalesa en l'entorn urbà. Apareix la voluntat de repensar i introduir,















dins del nou imaginari urbà, noves solucions per tal de dotar de biodiversitat i















funcionalitat els nous espais verds que es puguin arribar a projectar en el futur.































































D'aquesta forma, les noves estratègies del verd de les ciutats engloben, doncs, tant















fauna com flora. Tot i això, aquestes estratègies es poden veure compromeses per la















manca de coneixements sobre el comportament i els factors que influeixen en la















presència i desplaçament de la fauna a escala urbana i la seva aplicació projectual.































































Aquest darrer punt és la base del TFG, que posa en dubte la viabilitat de les noves















estratègies per a la biodiversitat enfront a la desconeixença científica actual que tenim















respecte als factors que condicionen la presència de la fauna al medi urbà.































































En aquest TFG, doncs, es treballarà principalment per investigar i donar respostes a















aquestes incògnites, centrant-se en com aquesta informació pot ser traslladada al















llenguatge projectual dels espais verds, focalitzant la importància i el paper de la















fauna a l'ecosistema 'ciutat', buscant estratègies, guies i exemples per poder arribar a















projectar d'una forma més acurada. L'objectiu és que el resultat final contribueixi a















donar resposta a les necessitats de la totalitat dels individus que han de formar part















de 'la infraestructura verda urbana'.

Overview (resum en anglès): The work justifies the need to give the value and prominence that biodiversity deserves in the design of the future urban habitats, deconstructing the anthropocentric design that has prevailed so far and the binary vision of nature and the city. It calls for the construction of of sustainable cities in the face of climate change, with the creation of new habitats and the transformation of existing ones, in order to recover public space not only for residents, but also for the biodiversity.

The work has focused on fauna, which is responsible for the proper functioning of ecosystems and ecosystem services. The work is organized into three parts.

Firstly, a bibliographic compilation of specialised scientific articles on the subject has been made. In order to succeed in designing the future urban habitats of the city, it is considered necessary, above all, to create a solid knowledge base, searching for and finding new emerging theories of great relevance.

While carrying out the bibliographic compilation, it has been observed that all of these articles were theoretical and did not offer methodologies that would allow all the theoretical knowledge to be transported into practice. For this reason, the work will focus on the design of a new methodology for analysis and diagnosis, based on a new urban agent that will become increasingly important in the context of climate change: fauna and biodiversity, and the creation of functional green spaces. Therefore, being realistic with the extent of the work, and with the aim of optimising it, a target species has been chosen from which a methodology has been developed to analyse and diagnose its requirements, with the aim of creating a useful database that can be implemented in the design of the city. These include all the information related to their requirements in the natural environment in terms of nesting, shelter, feeding and dispersal, as well as the opportunities and limiting factors that condition their current presence in the urban habitat.

Finally, with the aim of leaving open new lines of research which, unfortunately, could not be investigated due to the lack of time and the length of the work - and which is not considered to be within the scope of this final research project either ¿, a set of guidelines and strategies have been developed with the aim of establishing a solid foundation for the design of future public spaces. These are within the framework and ideas of the new emerging theories on cohabitation and the multi-species city model. The collected information during the analysis and diagnosis phase is contextualized and materialized in different criteria and project elements at the urban scale of Barcelona, both at a large scale and in detail, complementing the future green corridors and axes of the city and the "Pla Natura Barcelona 2021-2030¿.
