Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
Contingut:
El treball proposa estudiar l'estructura arbòria de diferents
espècies d'arbres i comprovar com pot influir la distància de
plantació en el desenvolupament de l'arbrat. Avançar en el
coneixement per preparar l'arbrat per als futurs canvis de
condicions climàtiques, tenint en compte factors fisiològics de
l'arbre i factors externs com la ubicació, la finalitat de la
plantació, possibles podes o distancies a elements arquitectònics
(murs, aceres, construccions...).
Activitats:
1. Informació (o lloc)
- Visita i documentació in situ de làmbit de proposta;
- Recopilació i selecció dinformació gràfica i escrita de làmbit
de proposta a partir de fonts documentals ex.
2. Anàlisi (o idea de lloc)
- Estudi i definició del marc conceptual general en què es
desenvolupa la proposta;
- Anàlisi gràfica de làmbit de proposta i del seu entorn
immediat.

Overview (resum en anglès): This work compiles detailed information about the benefits, functionalities, planting frameworks, species selection, and management of urban trees. Information has been gathered from various sources, and a proper documentation has been prepared for use in the proposal.

The proposal focuses on enhancing the vegetation of a specific section of Cecili Metel Street and the Pou del Tiradors Square, located in Pollença, Mallorca. Currently, this area features a row of mulberry trees (Morus alba `fruitless¿) and Crepe Myrtles trees (Lagerstroemia indica), which face several issues.

The primary objective of this proposal is to address the existing problems in the row and improve the vegetation by using climate-resilient species. Priority will be given to species that have low water requirements, aiming to create a more sustainable space.

To achieve this, the existing vegetation forming the row and the grass in the square's flower beds will be completely removed. The row will be reconstructed using continuous alveoli, each 10 meters in length, and Jacaranda trees will be planted within them. As for the flower beds in the square and the open spaces between the alveoli, shrubs will be planted. Additionally, the green space in the square will be expanded by constructing a new flower bed, where three false acacias (Robinia pseudoacacia) will be planted.
