Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
restaurantes, a 20 minoristas, 5 industrias y 100 consumidores.

Overview (resum en anglès): Honey is an ancient food with many benefits, both for health and for the conservation of biodiversity. Its composition depends on various factors such as the type of plant and the climate. However, confidence in its quality is being affected by the appearance of adulterated honey. According to the latest report from the European Commission¿s Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), almost half of the honey imported into the European Union is adulterated. Thus, one of the main challenges for beekeepers is to ensure their authenticity. That is why, throughout this work, different analyzes are carried out to understand the sector, as well as a solution proposal applying an immutable traceability system to identify fraud in the honey chain, known as Block- chain. Although its application will be carried out through an experiment led by members belonging to a European project, called Techoney. In this work, the results of its acceptance obtained through interviews and a focus group, with individuals related to the sector, will be presented. These results will show the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of said system. As well as a discussion of them with the aim of helping beekeepers and their product to prosper in the beekeeping sector.
