    Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
    En el siguiente TFC se desarrollará la metodología de
    implantación de un Simulacro de Gestión de Crisis, así como se
    implementará una herramienta de apoyo al Taller, la cual,
    informará a los diferentes participantes del estado de las
    acciones a realizar así como del estado de la crisis simulada
    o
    real en cada momento, minimizando los tiempos de respuesta de
    los
    diferentes actores.

    Los principales pasos a tener en cuenta son:

    A.Definir los objetivos
    B.Identificar y diseñar material adicional
    C.Definir informes de situación necesarios, tanto iniciales
    como
    de seguimiento de la crisis para los diferentes roles
    participantes en el ejercicio
    D.Diseñar los acontecimientos, de carácter general, por franja
    E.Identificar el esquema de acontecimientos por franja,
    teniendo
    en cuenta los roles participantes en el simulacro
    F.Determinar los acontecimientos comunicados durante el
    ejercicio
    así como su modo de inyección, tiempo planificado de
    ejecución,
    documentación a tener en cuenta, etc.
    G.Diseñar y preparar la documentación que se va a proporcionar
    a
    los diferentes participantes en el ejercicio
    H.Diseñar e implementar una herramienta de Gestión de
    Contingencias multiplataforma, que nos permita mecanizar la
    puesta en marcha y el seguimiento de una crisis (Contingencia
    Grave o desastres) para la los diferentes roles y aspectos a
    valorar y gestionar.
    I.Valorar los resultados de la gestión de crisis.

     
    Overview (resum en anglès):
    The purpose of this thesis is to explain how to design, elaborate and implement a Crisis Management Tool (CMT). CMT's gold is to improve and stimulate the decision-making process to the Management Board and to the CEO itself in case of crisis situation, we do understood crisis as fire, terrorist attack or any situation which interrupt the regular development of their daily tasks. A quick and accurate reaction to a crisis situation makes increase the percentage of success in front of an unforeseen catastrophe. Concerning the design itself, it must be highlighted that the tool has been roll out on a clear and essential premise: Easy, even it is not much used! The development of the Crisis Management tool (CMT) is enshrined in the Business Continuity Plan lifecycle. In this dissertation the main aim and the technical specifications considered for developing the CMT are detailed. CMT has been tested, a pilot version has been applied in a Crisis Management practice exercise for the Management Board of a real company, results are explained in this thesis. Finally, I have listed those aspect that have to be improved, those were identify while designing and testing the tool.
