Agile development is now the standard for development teams to produce software. Testing is a very important part of this development process, and it is also important knowing how to include testing in the new agile process. In this project we will analyse the context of a real development team and we will define a set of recommended practices adapted for this team with the goal of improving their development process by implementing Agile Testing. Not only defining what Agile Testing is but also implementing real examples of two of the main Agile Testing practices: Test Automation and Continuous Integration. We will use open-source tools, used nowadays at an enterprise level, to automate browsers, make API calls or build a Continuous Integration system. |
