    Paraules clau:
    Quadrotors, Agricultura

Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
Hemav is a technological based startup that offers aerial
services with UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). One of them is
    precision agriculture, where remote-sensing techniques
combined with the use of several kinds of cameras
(multispectral, IR, thermal…) generate maps containing
information such as vigor, soil and irrigation determination.
In order to offer the best quality of service to their
clients, they want to enhance their current prototype by
increasing its efficiency and autonomy as well as collecting
more telemetry data for monitoring purpose in order to make it
safer. Additionally they would also like to produce an
    agriculture optimized platform.
In that context, the scope of this project would be to improve
the actual prototype in terms of efficiency, autonomy and
telemetry in order to produce a new UAV family optimized for
    agriculture purpose.
    Objectives:
    - State of requirements for agriculture remote-sensing
    applications.
    - Analysis of the current platform to identify the required
    changes to be made.
    - Add remote monitoring of several UAV’s parameters to improve
    safety.
    - Design an easy-to-produce and low cost maintenance model.
    - Material selection for the production process.
    Methodology:
This Master Thesis will start with a preliminary theoretical
work containing the analysis of the current model in order to
identify the required changes needed to fulfill expected
requirements as well as the study and design (theoretical) of
    the different solutions.
The second phase of the project will contain more practical
work and will include the implementation and validation of the
    chosen solutions.
The project will be in the context of an internship into the
    Hemav Company.
The student will be able to demonstrate his skills on:
research, electricity and mechanics among other areas related
with aeronautics. In the scope of this project, the student
will be able to apply his aerospace background as well as his
    electronics, structure and materials knowledge.
