| Lobjectiu del projecte és lautomatització mitjançant leina
Zabbix dels processos de monitorat dun ISP donant cobertura a: Implementació del sistema. Configuració del monitorat mitjançant SNMP, proves externes, agents, sondes, ssh, Telnet de dispositius com: Antenes, servidors (plataforma Linux i windows), AP, dispositius de xarxa de diversos fabricants, SAI, protocols de xarxa, etc. Manteniment preventiu i pla de recuperació de desastres. Formació i documentació. El projecte es durà a terme segons la metodologia dintegració i desenvolupament de solucions (CMMI) utilitzada per a lempresa EQT. Les fases que conformaran el projecte són les següents: Inici de projecte: Formalització dels objectius del projecte. Anàlisi de requeriments Objectiu: Determinar els requisits que ha de complir el nou sistema. Tasques: Definició dels requeriments funcionals. Identificació de les necessitats de monitorat. Identificació de les necessitats dintegració. Disseny tècnic de la solució Objectiu: Establir el mode com es construirà la solució. Disseny dentorns, processos a implementar, etc... Tasques: Definició de pantalles, processos a implantar i informes. Definició dinterfícies i parametritzacions. Definició de desenvolupaments. Construcció i proves unitàries Objectiu: Construcció, configuració i verificació del sistema. Tasques: Configuració de la plataforma. Desenvolupament dintegracions i personalitzacions. Proves dusuari i avaluació (UAT): Objectiu: Garantir que el funcionament global de la solució sadequa als requeriments. Tasques: Execució de proves Desplegament i posada en producció Objectiu: Posar la solució en producció deixant el sistema llest pel seu ús. Tasques: Posada en producció. Final de projecte: Formalitzar la finalització del projecte. |

| The main goal of this project is to implement the Zabbix network monitoring
tool in Eurona's network. This company needs to unify monitoring tools and check the right devices operation in different geographical locations over the network. This document details the steps taken to achieve the system configuration in different scenarios, starting from an integration scenario with a reduced number of network devices and locations, ending with a production environment with entire network of devices, real alerts and new resolve incidents. First of all, we explain Zabbix philosophy, such as servers where it is installed, in detail we could find monitoring control elements of the tool itself and other components (PHP, PostgreSQL, Apache, etc...). Next point relates environments in which it operates and how the tool is configured and adapted to the conditions agreed with Eurona. We discuss the types of devices to be introduced into the tool and reference them with the elements of Zabbix, additionally the collection data and alert settings. We finish with accomplished goals, improvements and extensions. Is important to remark as accomplished goals that finally we have full network monitor system configured, and we did a full analysis of obtained data, a new system alert notification via email and a multiuser tool used by several departments in Eurona. Important to say that the new will be deploy in Italy and Ireland. |
