Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
El objetivo del proyecto es el diseño e implementación de una
aplicación movil para android que sea capaz de conectarse via
bluetooth con un cinturon Zephyr. Este cinturon envia informacion
de pulso y frecuencia respiratoria. Esta informacion debera
almacenarse un sistema base de datos para su posterior
monitorizacion.
 
Overview (resum en anglès):

Nowadays, everyone has a Smartphone, which is part of our daily lives. This factor and the need to control and share information to others, leading to perform this project.
The main aim of the project is to develop a concept application that can collect biometric data from a device on the user to display later.
Before boarding the project, it has made several previous studies of several technologies to design and deploy the application. It has use case and tests to check the functionality of each technology toward implementing the application.
Taking these test results as a reference, the architecture has been defined so that the user can check his vital signs in real time in convenient way, for example the heart rate, the breathing rate, etc. About this design, it has been adding new features such as the display of the user’s path during his activity and uploading data to cloud.
Finally, the design made has been implemented, which allow the user realize the aim functions in the project. The implementation test has successfully made to verify that the aims were successfully met.
