| El objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar el proceso actual de trabajo de una empresa con una empresa off-shore, sacar conclusiones mediante indicadores y plantear soluciones para mejorar el rendimiento. La optimización del proceso se logrará mediante el análisis de los siguientes aspectos: el actual método de trabajo, el coste, el tiempo y la calidad del producto resultante.
Para la mejora del proceso se realizará un análisis de riesgo planteando diferentes escenarios entre los cuales se encontrará: Diferentes repartos en la carga de trabajo en el equipo con sede en España e India Diferenciación de tamaño de equipos Diferentes medidas de formación de los equipos Definición de procesos, métodos, comunicación, etc. Análisis de creación de herramientas y optimización de las existentes Contacto directo del cliente con el centro Off-shore en un primer momento. Este trabajo final de carrera se realizará para la empresa P3 Voith Aerospace y será finalmente aplicado en un proyecto real que tendrá como cliente a Airbus Military. El proyecto será evaluado por la empresa P3 Voith Aerospace y será finalmente aplicado actualizando así el método actual. |

| The work is divided into three parts . In the first one it is exposed part of the business basics , different types of companies , organizing teams and the concept of ' offshoring ' that will be the focus throughout the work of this project. This way a brief but concise overview of the purpose will be seen.
The organization of the company where the project has been carried out (P3 Voith Aerospace ), which belongs to the aviation field and its main customer is Airbus group, is presented in the next part. The Off- Shore concept is being implemented in it but due to a lack of planning , management and communication in many cases objectives arent able to be acquired, This can lead to a bad image and a repudiation by the customer in the future. Hence has arisen the planning and development of different tools in order to help the improvement of its organization. The main tool is an application based on requirements proposed by the company and in Airbus model , It constitutes an easy and intuitive tool to help engineers to present a project to customers in 5 minutes , including budget, structure equipment and in case of choosing Off-Shore a risk analysis. In the last part has been implemented organizational program developed into a real case: a project where P3 Voith had problems when performing Off- Shore , presenting the results of the application which might have provided some benefits not obtained. |
