Overview (resum en anglès):
This paper details the process follow to design and develop a service based on REST that can be integrated into the SWIM standards, key concept in the context of SESAR.

The creation of the Single European Sky ATM Research has been necessary due to the limitations of the European airspace: in the relatively near future, this airspace will reach his maximum capacity. SESAR was born from the union of countries and public and private companies, to research and develop procedures and tools to increase the efficiency of European airspace.

One of the key concept developed by this European project is SWIM, the System-Wide Information Management, a “solution” with which it is intended to carry out the sharing of information to its maximum exponent. SWIM sets standards to all the stakeholders.

On the other hand, due to the use of RPAS (Remotely-Piloted Aircraft Systems), there is a need to generate new tools and new legislation for their correct insertion into European airspace.

The project developed on this paper aims this: create a tool, a RESTful service based on SWIM standards, where the RPAS companies will be able to manage their RPAS fleet or their pilot fleet, adding, modifying o removing elements when necessary. In addition, they will be able to have a view of the Very Low Level approved flight plans at any given time.

To develop this service, some tools such as NodeJs or MongoDB have been used to create the server and the database respectively, and different programming languages as JavaScript or HTML have been used, among others, to program the web service.
