El objectiu del projecte es desenvolupar un Sistema para la
soldadura de carrocerias con robots ABB.
 
Overview (resum en anglès):
This document, as well as the annex that accompanies it, tells the enabling process of an automatized installation which objective is the production of several car parts.

Realized in a partnership with the company Promaut S.L, in which dependencies the installation was erected, this document will explain the variety of elements that formed the installation and the tasks needed to be done in there.

Among all this, the main subjects of this project are two ABB robots, that will have to accomplish most of the actions to be done in the whole production process.

So, after presenting the installation as a whole and the process to be achieved, this document will explain the programming method of each of the two robots, indicating the most important points to have in mind.

In order to accomplish that, the Flexpendant will be presented, which is an ABB device that allows the programming of the robot while the user is freely moving through the installation. All the offered functions will be enumerated, and those which were of most use will be explained in detail.

In addition, in the annex that accompanies this document, all the results obtained during the programming process will be listed. Also, all the proposed solutions about the enabling of the installation will be detailly commented.
