Overview (resum en anglès): | |
The aim of this project is to execute the theoretical study of the acoustic impact that affects the immediacy of the infrastructures of air transport in the field of general aviation. The study is based on a specific aerodrome, Aerodrome of La Cerdanya, which has an experimental acoustic station and crossover of information can be computed.
The project deals with the study and implementation of prevention measures in the aerodrome infrastructures in order to reduce the acoustic contribution to the possible affected areas. In order to be able to perform this study correctly all the information used is referred to general aviation and to the operations that are currently carried out in the aerodrome. The normative and regulations used are based on the Catalan legislation, since the scenario that the project is settled is included in this legal framework. Before conducting the study, it is necessary to present all the information necessary to understand why and how noise studies are carried out. Basic information about noise measurement standards and information about the main sources of noise produced by an aircraft is presented. All the characteristics that a noise study must have been defined according to the regulations adopted. Once this study has been carried out, it will be possible to see that the areas closest to the infrastructure are being affected by noise levels that exceed the limit values established by the Catalan regulations for areas of residential use, therefore the study of the implementation of preventive measures is necessary. The preventive measures that are proposed are displacement of the runway thresholds to be able to allow all the aircraft operate in the aerodrome. All this information will be correlated with actual information on the aerodrome to see the real effect that the specific areas are undergoing. This study remarks on the need to implement more regulations to make general aviation more sustainable. |
