In this project, an application that provides resolution time values for aircraft in AOG condition has been developed, with the aim of providing the Vueling MOC with a tool that reduces its workload and the delays caused by AOGs.

For this purpose, throughout the first chapter, key concepts of aircraft maintenance are reviewed, commenting on its definition and its objectives.

Then the focus of the project rests on the AOGs. It will be seen what they are, how they are managed from the different parties involved and the impact they have, both from the operational and economic point of view.

Next, the entire process that has been followed to develop the main objective of this work, the TEAR application, will be explained. In addition, there will be a brief introduction to the new platform where it has been carried out, Skywise.

Then, clear examples will be shown in which representative cases of the operation of the application will be seen, making comparisons with real AOGs of Vueling Airlines.

Finally, the benefits of implementing TEAR in the Vueling MOC will be discussed, seen from the point o view of the MOC, from the perspective of the operations department and from the economic side.
