Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
L'assaig consisteix en comparar els efectes de diversos
biofertilitzants (i llur interacció amb les micorrizes) en el
cultiu de porro.

Els tractaments considerats són pel que fa a la fertilització:
Control (fertilitzant mineral osmocote, C+), No fertilitzant
(C-), Compost de fems de vaca + residus almàssera (EVS-C),
Fracció sòlida fems de vaca bioacidificada (+lactosuero) (EV-B),
Digerit de fems de vaca (EV-D), Compost de fems de vaca + residus
almàssera +fong negre (BF1), Digerit de fems de vaca+fong negre
(BF2), Hidrolitzat d'algues (A-H).

D'altra banda pel que fa a les micorrizes: plantes inoculades amb
micorriza BEG en el moment de la plantació i plantes No
micorrizades.

L'assaig es durà a terme a l'IRTA (Cabrils)

Overview (resum en anglès): The BIO-UPRISE project aims to deepen the understanding of soil microbiology and promote the
use of biofertilizers derived from organic matter, with the goal of reducing the use of mineral
fertilizers while improving soil health and maintaining agricultural productivity.
This study focuses on identifying a productive, sustainable, and organic cultivation practice
designed to evaluate the effectiveness of two biofertilizers. These biofertilizers are composed of
one made with compost and the other with digested cow manure enriched with Cladosporium
puyae, which has the potential to be used as a growth-promoting agent for horticultural plants,
combined with crop rotation. This work focused on a species that is part of the rotation, leek (Allium
porrum), while also assessing the interaction with a mycorrhizal fungus, Rhizoglomus irregulare.
First, enzymatic activity studies of the fungus were conducted for its characterization. To produce
the biofertilizers, solid fractions of cow manure were enriched with our species of interest,
Cladosporium puyae, and subjected to both composting and anaerobic digestion processes. These
biofertilizers were then applied to the cultivation of Allium porrum, and different treatments were
established, with or without the presence of Cladosporium sp. and with or without the presence of
mycorrhizal inoculum. These were compared to a treatment that included a mineral fertilizer and
another without any fertilizer.
This study demonstrates that Cladosporium puyae exhibits high enzymatic activity, including
laccase, chitinase, cellulase, and protease, indicating strong potential for the degradation of plant-
derived organic compounds. The absence of catalase activity suggests limited resistance to
oxidative stress. Treatments with compost and compost enriched with black fungus significantly
increased foliar biomass and chlorophyll content in plants, offering a sustainable agronomic
strategy. No significant differences in mycorrhizal colonization were observed, although some
treatments showed a tendency toward higher colonization, indicating the need for a larger sample
size to obtain statistically robust results.
