Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
Es realitzarà un estudi dels processos d'elaboració per desenvolupar el pertinent mètode descriptiu i la respectiva enginyeria de procés i, d'aquesta manera, poder definir les diverses zones existents a la indústria així com els equips i maquinaries necessàries.
Un cop determinats els diferents espais, es dissenyaran las instal·lacions d'electricitat, il·luminació i contra incendis.
S'elaboraran els plànols de la nau i finalment es realitzarà un pressupost d'execució de les obres i instal·lacions dissenyades.
L'elaboració del projecte tindrà en compta els paràmetres higiènic-sanitaris, els diagrames dels processos, l'APPCC1 i els PCCs2, per així garantir la seguretat alimentària dels productes elaborats.
El treball constarà de memòria, annexes, plànols i pressupost.

Overview (resum en anglès): With the aim of analysing the implementation process of a dairy industry in
the municipality of Vic (Osona), a production plant has been designed with a capacity of 1.3 t/day of processed product, distributed into 500 kg/day of stirred yoghurt, 100 kg/day of fresh cheese and 50 kg/day of matured cheese.

Firstly, a study of the production processes has been conducted in order to develop the technical description of the process and the corresponding engineering, thus allowing the design of the different areas of the facility and justifying the necessary construction works for its adaptation.

Once the functional spaces were defined, the fire protection system was sized. Likewise, both the Basic Health and Safety Study and the Waste management document have been prepared, in accordance with current regulations.

The project drawings have been produced to graphically verify the adopted solutions and obtain a representation of the proposed industrial layout.

Finally, an economic assessment of the defined works has been carried out, including the preparation of the corresponding budget.
