The aim of this document is to carry out the inventory of a warehouse using an autonomous drone. By means of predetermined commands, it will read the code of the shelves and the information obtained will be stored in a database that will be used to manage it. In this way, the work of the people in charge of this function is made easier and more accurate results are obtained more efficiently and quickly.
The following report describes the software and hardware elements that have been used, as well as the alternatives considered and the results obtained. Firstly, the current regulations for flying a drone inside an industrial building will be considered. Secondly, we will choose the flying object with which we intend to develop the project, analyze the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the options we are working with, both technically and practically. The movements will be tested and how they react to the different allocations applied. Several problems will be encountered, which will be solved in the course of the report. Then, as a final step, the project will be carried out and put into operation in a real environment as a test method. |
