Overview (resum en anglès):
Due to the peak experienced by some types of portable devices in the social field, and given the scarcity of tools focused on the workplace, it is decided to create a prototype that provides safety to the operator and can prevent him from potential problems and / or risks to his health. Throughout the next few pages, the reader is presented with a report that collects the steps followed to carry out the design, development and adaptation of a digital tool focused on providing assistance to firefighting teams.

The prototype is proposed as a modification of the firefighter's personal protective equipment. The main objective is to be able to offer the operator a real-time image that provides him with more information than he can have with the naked eye. In this way, the application presented below has to do with the role of the data acquisition system in the final prototype.

This system is designed to process the information from two sensors distributed by the firefighter's body. This data is processed and sent directly to a mobile terminal, where a graphical interface has been designed and installed. The application integrates the data extracted from the sensors making the arrangement of the information as intuitive as possible for the user. The introduction of the mobile device in the architecture is presented as an independent graphics processor, but also as a link with the other system involved: the projector system.

The projector system, designed in parallel in the final degree project Design and implementation of HUD architecture (Reinao, V., 2021), is complemented by the acquisition system, so that it receives the images from the mobile and projects them. This design, based on a HUD architecture, modifies the structure of the firefighter's helmet, integrating a projector module and a holographic lens.

In short, with the completion of this work, we want to present an innovative and useful tool for the fire department, although with a potentially adaptable architecture to other professions.
