Overview (resum en anglès):
The constant increasing demand of buying and selling services on the internet using digital platforms through websites, apps and web apps have more traditional formal businesses realizing the need to transition from a face-to-face fixed location business to an online more dynamic interaction to be more competitive. Big tech digital platforms concentrate most online business transactions making it difficult to stand out, thus users in order to get a better spotlight resort to paid subscriptions.

The objective was to develop a web and mobile app to provide a more direct exchange of products and services stacked on top of Odoo¿s open-source enterprise resource planning platform, the idea consists of users having two actions, to post or check other users posts, the posts indicate if the product is a consumable or a service and if it is being offered or actually it is demanded, users reviewing posts can filter them and review whether this are being offered or demanded.

To differentiate itself from the many platforms that provide similar services, the posts have a position record of coordinates reflected on a map, when a user checks other users posts, only the post created within a kilometre radius are displayed thus segmenting the market and giving an unbiased visibility.

For that purpose, a custom module web controller was created to handle all the app requests to Odoo, data generated by the web and mobile app are stored in Odoo¿s database products module and can be easily integrated to be used with Odoo¿s different business applications.

A hybrid app was developed with the help of Ionic framework which provides a cross-platform development environment where one base code that can be wrapped in native platform controllers that allows the app to be deployed into different environments.
