Overview (resum en anglès): | |
This project aims to develop a web tool so that users can inform administrations
of pest sightings they have made, collecting as much useful information as possible (photographs, GPS position, ...). This is required to control pests in the environment without excessively harming the ecosystem, since intensive use of pesticides is usually used for said control. Making use of the different technologies that we have at our disposal (mobile devices, meteorological sensors, drones) we intend to build a system that allows us to control the application of pesticides so that they are only done in strategic places. One of the pillars of this system is the collection and storage of information, which is what this project will be responsible for. To achieve this, we have chosen to create a web page with Razor Pages, using .Net 5 as the framework. The KISS and YAGNI principles have been followed to have a simple and maintainable code. Design patterns such as the Repository Pattern have also been used. Thanks to all this, it has been possible to create a tool that meets the established objectives |
