Overview (resum en anglès): The present Final Degree Project consists of the realization of a business plan for the next creation of the Aleph Company, in Caldes de Malavella (Girona). This company will be dedicated to the cultivation and distribution of apical rods with inflorescences of industrial Hemp. The motivation of this work is to be able to advise the maximum profitability of the plot that I own and it only has 8000 m2
The objective of the business plan is the positioning of the brand based on an approach other than competition. In order to achieve our goals, different marketing strategies and cultivation operations will be defined to obtain better results in sales and production.
Our fundamental and differential pillar is the Service we offer, since we do not give the product ready to consume but we offer them the possibility of being part of the final finish of their product to be consumed. The packaging will have the possibility of seeing and smelling the product without the need to open the container, offering more guarantees of consumer satisfaction.
Cannabidiol or CBD is booming, increasing its demand every year, becoming a very precious product, on the contrary, it is in a legal insecurity that we have to overcome so that we are not confused with a product greater than 0.2% tetrahidrocannabinol (THC).
The cost of the initial investment would be 192670.4 €, it will employ 6 people and the initial costs will be covered with approximately 7,4 % of the production.
