Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
Objectiu del treball consisteix en reformar i millorar un
(o
varis) dels espais verds de Sabadell ubicats en el barri de
Torreguitart, mitjançant un índex de qualitat d'aquests
facilitat per Parcs i Jardins de Sabadell, per a
determinar-ne
l¿estat en que es troben i valorar si necessiten una
reforma.

El treball valorarà la metodologia i criteris de
l'ajuntament
per emetre una valoració i seleccionarà un dels espais
verds
més significatius que es trobin en mal estat per realitzar
una
proposta a partir d'aquests.

El treball constarà de la documentació mínima requerida en
aquests casos incloent memòria, plànols, valoració
econòmica i
annexos.

Atès el tipus de treball, la documentació gràfica mereixerà
especial atenció a la explicació de les visites al lloc,
l'anàlisi previ del conjunt i el desenvolupament de la
proposta.

Overview (resum en anglès): This document analyses, through the tool called ¿Index of quality of green spaces as members of the green infrastructure of Sabadell¿, the state of different green spaces located in the North sector of Sabadell, specifically the Square Pompeu Fabra, the final stretch of Parque del Norte project and the Pau Abad green space, as well as the proposed restoration of the 0.60 ha green space on Pau Abad street, in addition to a critical assessment of the functionality of the aforementioned tool.
First, the quality of the current ecosystem and the usefulness for people of the three spaces are evaluated using the Quality Index to identify current problems and assess whether an intervention is necessary. This procedure is a response to the need to include green spaces in the city that improve the quality of life of the citizens of Sabadell and are not limited to simply being areas with some plant element.
Based on this knowledge of the problem and the objectives to be achieved, a design proposal is specifically presented by the Pau Abad green space that entails: the modification of the topography, respect for the areas that citizens have determined as space for traffic, as well as naturalization from the incorporation of autochthonous species of the arboreal, shrubby and herbaceous strata, to achieve a diverse space, open to citizens with better pleasant aesthetic, which also invites to be enjoyed, to bring the nature to citizens, which improves social interrelation, and to provide them with emotional and mental well-being.
