El proyecto constaría sobre una explicación y un análisis de las
metodologías de gestión de proyectos, tanto la metodologías
tradicionales y las ágiles, realizando una comparativa entre las
diversas y finalizando por un caso práctico planteando un caso de
un proyecto real, analizando los diversos problemas y necesidades
para poder elegir el tipo de metodología que permita realizar una
gestión óptima, en base a las características del proyecto y así
ofrecer una propuesta al cliente y un seguimiento durante el
transcurso del propio proyecto.
 
Overview (resum en anglès):

The success of a project lies in the planning and management that has been done during its life cycle. The result of the service or product with value will determine the fulfilment of the different objectives accomplished within specific times and resources, so that the final client is satisfied, and the provider fulfils its different assigned tasks.

Over the years, technology has evolved, in the same way that project management has evolved in parallel to show improvement and efficiency in carrying them out. To understand the temporary situation in which we find ourselves, it is necessary to take a short tour of different milestones, to contextualize this discipline supported by technological progress and industrial evolution.

To choose a type of innovative project management methodology to address different services and needs, I rely on a documentation and analysis work to be able to devise a personalized methodology in my work experience, going through the most used methodologies and popularized.

The knowledge base to put this art of project management into practice lies in the ideation of tools and practices to use them in the creation of works and adapt them to the needs of each situation. For this reason, another of the purposes of this work is to experience the planning and previous management of a project in a real case in which I have been able to participate.
