Overview (resum en anglès):
This report presents a research on the development of a web application that
allows users to control and interact with Tello EDU drones in a unique way. The
main objective is to change the traditional perception of drones and
demonstrate their capabilities in a playful and educational way.
The objectives of this work include the evaluation of various communication
architectures, both for the individual operation of a single drone and for the
control of a swarm of drones. The use of technologies such as Python, Vue,
Ionic and MQTT are explored for the efficient connection and control of Tello
drones.
The ultimate goal is to create a fully functional web application, enabling
detailed control of a drone, using basic commands and live video streaming.
Two interactive games have been implemented to serve as the backbone of
the application, each demonstrating different aspects of drone control.
The results of this work provide a detailed overview of the possibilities of Tello
drones implemented in interactive applications. It highlights the importance of
the communication technologies, the intuitive user interface and the advanced
functionalities that can be enabled in such applications.
Finally, the success of this project in achieving its objectives is highlighted and
areas for improvement in future work are mentioned. In this way, it provides a
comprehensive overview of the research and development of a web application
that opens up new opportunities to explore the potential of Tello drones in
interactive entertainment.
In addition, further work is encouraged through the creation of a repository on
GitHub, allowing other developers to follow this research as a base for future
projects and innovations.
