Aeronautics and urban transport are two sectors that have not yet found a way to grow together. However, this fact will change in the not-too-distant future, making what is known as urban air mobility (UAM) go from being a practically unknown concept, to having it present in our day-to-day life with the creation of urban air transport networks.

Today's cities are aware of various modes of transportation, but none of them offer this service by air. It is for this reason that the appearance of this new means of transport is accompanied by new research and studies to verify its viability and, if possible, its future implementation.

In this work, an operational air mobility model is proposed with the ability to reproduce a UAM network with the desired physical characteristics and to simulate its operation respecting the desired demand and duration variables. Once the simulation is finished, the model records all the movements performed during the process, as well as providing the results. These values contain data that is of great interest, such as waiting times, vehicle utilization factors or even the minimum fleet required to avoid waiting times.

The purpose of this model is to have a tool that shows the viability of the networks according to the criteria of most interest to those who use them, such as fleet utilization, costs, or service level, among others.

The work consists of a preliminary study, a detailed explanation of the model, a test of the model to validate its operation and an analysis of the results given by the model in front of some proposed scenarios. These scenarios vary in conditions or parameters such as territory, demand, fleet, or network capacity to end up drawing conclusions with the help of metrics that facilitate their interpretation.
