| This work addresses the development of a methodology for managing technological innovation projects that brings together different research conducted on various existing frameworks, with the aim of enhancing the evolution of more project types in the future.
Currently, Agile methodologies are generally applied to the majority of project typologies, but they all have some factor that makes them unsuitable for carrying out the different categories of proposed tasks. Therefore, this project carries out the creation of an initial prototype that implements the processes to be followed in approaching the projects, in a way that maintains constant and evident monitoring, generating an easily communicable evolutionary process for the team and external stakeholders, while also facilitating access to tax incentives. |
