Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
Combined Airworthiness Organizations (CAO) are entities dedicated to safety management and the continuity of airworthiness. They are responsible for the approval and maintenance of aircraft according to the requirements established in Annexes I, Vb, and Vd of Regulation (EU) 1321/2014.
This project focuses on the requirements that a Combined Airworthiness Organization (CAO) for light aircraft must meet to obtain approval for the maintenance and management of
airworthiness. The main idea is to create a hypothetical CAO and the primary objectives are to develop an organization manual (CAE) containing the procedures, resources, and methods of the
CAO. Additionally, the project aims to develop maintenance programs for the aircraft managed within the organization, ensuring compliance with approved regulations and standards.

Specific objectives are:
' Investigate CAOs, their structure, functions and responsibilities. Analyze the applicable regulations according to EASA.
' Do research on Part ML and the requirements for aircraft in this category. Choose specific aircraft that meet these criteria to create a CAO.
' Design an appropriate Maintenance Program for these aircraft, ensuring
compliance with safety standards and regulations, including inspections,
scheduled maintenance and compliance of airworthiness directives.
' Create a Continued Airworthiness Manual that describes the procedures and features of the CAO for the proper management of continuous maintenance for the selected aircraft, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
