This project aims to optimize material management within an airline, encompassing the entire process from task planning to implementing mathematical models for efficient replenishment. Through a comprehensive analysis of material flow and identifying key areas for improvement, the project seeks to ensure the continuous availability of resources while minimizing costs and preventing operational disruptions. The final phase involves developing and integrating mathematical models that enhance inventory management and replenishment strategies, considering critical factors such as demand, lead times, costs, material shelf life, and specific usage restrictions dictated by work orders. This approach not only enables the airline to better respond to fluctuations in demand and improve overall operational efficiency but also mitigates the risk of critical material shortages that could adversely impact other departments and the airline's operations as a whole.
