a. Revisió dels recursos disponibles en l'ús del mòbil com eina educativa.
b. Anàlisi dels principals reptes socials en Salut pública en diferents contextos (Europa occidental, Àfrica occidental).
c. Avaluació de prosibles estratègies d'actuació mitjançant la utilització de telèfons mòbils.

Overview (resum en anglès):
Lack of knowledge in the field of health is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Especially in populations where access to knowledge is limited by a socio-economic barrier. Introducing new communication technologies, can be a useful tool to fight back this problem. This project arises from the needs in communication improvements for health education, especially in diseases such as tuberculosis, malaria, AIDS or neglected tropical diseases. All of the diseases mentioned affects 4 out of 10 people worldwide. The formation of at-risk populations is key to this control or even the eradication of these infectious diseases. One of the tools to combat this problem is so-called technological information and communication tools (ICTs) as a mechanism to increase the scope of educational actions. This work presents all the structure and initial requirements that an ICT tool must have, the mechanisms for its creation and its complete programming with an open source code on AIDS control education. The work aims to be the basis for the creation of similar tools, with the ability to educate communities affected by these diseases.
