Overview (resum en anglès): This document justifies the plan design and the structural calculation of a 405 m2 warehouse divided into a closed mechanical workshop of 105 m2 and an open shed of 300 m2 intended to house the agricultural machinery necessary for the cultivation of sunflower in a 2.000 ha estate located in northern Angola.
The proposed structural solution consists of metal frames 5 m apart by means of IPE-300 pillars of 4 and 5 m, and a lintel of 10 m span formed by IPE-270 that constitute a roof over a water with a 10% slope.
The Project analyzes the needs of machinery for the exploitation, calculates the structural elements of the gantries by means of a hyperstatic analysis carried out with the Win Eva program, and calculates other structural elements such as deck straps, foundations and anchor plates using procedures manual calculation, following, in all cases, the guidelines of the Technical Building Code (CTE).
Six Plans have been prepared to sufficiently characterize the building for its execution, as well as a budget document that justifies the cost of the work, which reaches the figure of execution by contract of 181.621,42 €.
