Overview (resum en anglès): In this preliminary project of final degree work, a sunflower oil processing warehouse has been designed using a first cold extraction system with a production capacity of 91 kg/h. The study contemplates the design of the production line, the dimensioning of the different areas that form it and its distribution in the plant, the management of the waste generated, the estimation of investment in civil works, facilities and machinery, and finally a study of the production costs. The promoter's intention is to locate the industry in an agricultural area in the province of Zaire (Angola), close to different sunflower cultivation fields. The project includes a report, five annexes and four plans.
