Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
Diseño microcerveceria artesanas con una producción diaria de
1000 litros repartidos en distintos tipos de cerveza (500 tipo
Kolsch, 250 tipo Pilsen y 250 cerveza de trigo), siguiendo
recetas tradicionales, en el caso de la Kölsch y la Pilsen, y
una receta propia para la cerveza de trigo. Todas ellas se
elaborarán de manera artesanal usando solo ingredientes de
proximidad y de calidad.
A partir de la definición de productos y cantidades a elaborar
se realizará la elección de la maquinaria y equipos. A
continuación se entra en la parte de diseño espacial (layout),
así como el cálculo de las instalaciones básicas
(electricidad, frigorífica, incendios,...). Finalmente se
realizará una estimación del presupuesto.
Formalmente el trabajo se divide en: Memoria y Anexos, Planos
y Presupuesto.

Overview (resum en anglès):
With the purpose of creating a beer industry, a plant has been designed with the capacity to produce 1.000 litres of beer per day. Initially three different types of beer will be produced; a beer of German origin called Kölsch, a Pilsen type beer of Czech origin, and a wheat beer based on the German Purity Law. As a condition imposed by the promoter, the industry must at all times ensure the simultaneous production of at least two types of beer.
To be able to carry out this project, the promoter has purchased an industrial building of 515.17 m2, distributed over a ground floor of 392,24 m2 and a mezzanine floor of 123,03 m2. The ground floor will house the production rooms, as well as the warehouses and changing rooms for the personnel, in addition to the loading and unloading dock and a small reception area. The mezzanine floor will house the administrative rooms such as the offices, offices, etc.
The warehouse is located in the Pyrenean town of Queralbs (Girona), 23 kilometres from Ripoll and a few metres from the Freser River, from which the well-known "Aigua de Ribes" is extracted. The reason for such location lies precisely in the proximity of the plant to the river, since the developer imposes the condition that the beers produced at the plant must be made with the water from this river.
The present project includes the design of the necessary spaces, the creation of the production processes, and the subsequent selection of the appropriate machinery, the dimensioning of the lighting, fire-fighting, air-conditioning and electricity installations.
