Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
Los sistemas de gestión de la I+D+i permiten a las empresas
mejorar de manera sistemática sus actividades de investigación,
proporcionando directrices útiles para organizar y gestionar
eficazmente este tipo de actividades.
Por otra parte, la competitividad de una empresa depende de la
capacidad que tiene para innovar y mejorar, por este motivo, la
adopción de un sistema de gestión de I+D+i es una decisión
estratégica de la organización y se debe entender como una
herramienta competitiva.
El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es el diseño y
desarrollo de un sistema propio y adaptado de gestión de la I+D+i
en la empresa AVES NOBLES Y DERIVADOS S.L, empresa dedicada a la
fabricación y transformación de productos alimentarios con un
alto componente tecnológico.
Para ello, será indispensable realizar un análisis global que
defina el marco contextual de la empresa, donde se incluirá el
análisis de situación de la I+D+i de la empresa en su sector, el
análisis del entorno tecnológico, el análisis del estado de las
técnicas que competen a la empresa, la revisión de la normativa
UNE 166 y la realización de un análisis estratégico general de la
empresa.
Una vez concluido este proceso de análisis, se realizará el
desarrollo del sistema de gestión de I+D+i que comprenderá la
planificación, el desarrollo, la verificación y la toma de
decisiones dentro de la empresa.

Overview (resum en anglès): The R+D+i management system allow companies to improve in a systematical way the activities of investigation, providing useful guidelines to effectively organize and manage these types of activities.
On the other hand, the competitiveness of a company depends on his capacity to innovate and improve. For this reason, choosing a R+D+i management system is a strategic decision for the organization and must be understood as a competitive tool.
The main objective of this project is the design of its own and adapted R+D+i management system for AVES NOBLES Y DERIVADOS S.L, a company dedicated to the manufacture and processing of high-tech food products.
To do this, it will be essential to carry out a global analysis that defines the contextual framework of the company, which will include the R+D+I situation analysis of the company in its sector, the analysis of the technological environment, the analysis of the state of the techniques that concern the company, the revision of the UNE 166 regulations and the realization of a general strategic analysis of the company.
Once this analysis process is complete, the design of the R+D+i management system will be carried out. It will include planning, development, verification, and decision making within the company, in order to finally be able to implement it.
With this managment system, Aves Nobles will ensure the optimized innovation process and will be able to manage and exploit the results of R+D+i, increasing competitiveness and facilitate new markets openings.
