Descripció del contingut i pla d'activitats:
En este TFG, se documentará que es la tecnología blockchain y las aplicaciones y ventajas que tiene en la industria alimentaria, ya que está teniendo un gran impacto en diferentes industrias, por ende, también en las de alimentación. Una de las principales aplicaciones es la trazabilidad alimentaria totalmente transparente, algo que se demanda en el mercado para saber realmente todo sobre lo que consumimos y garantizar completamente la seguridad alimentaria.
Se pretende analizar la adopción que tendría en empresas del sector y que beneficios tendría la tecnología blockchain en estas, tanto a nivel de marketing, de seguridad alimentaria, beneficio económico y de transparencia.

Overview (resum en anglès):
This study focuses on analyzing and collecting published information on the (Blockchain), specifically, on analysing the applications of such innovation and advantages in the food field. A theoretical presentation will be made on this new technology to understand the reall potential and their applications in the agro-food sector. The case study of Carrefour will be presented and a theoretical explanation of the implementation of this technology in an organic meat supply chain will be carried out.
